celebrates the 2008 gallery exhibition showcasing 25 years of artwork
and illustrations for the Travers by artist Greg Montgomery.
This multi-paneled poster
depicts three of the most famous Travers races: The stunning 100-to-1
victory of Jim Dandy in 1930; the locked-step duel between Jaipur and
Ridan in 1963; and, finally, the unforgettable - and controversial -
Travers meeting of Alydar and Affirmed in 1978.
