6. FAST DELIVERY. All regular US packages are shipped by USPS Priority
Mail or UPS Ground. If you live in the US, your order reaches you in 1-5 working days. Canadian customers can expect their order in about 7-10 working days
through CanadaPost.

7. WHEN ORDERING FROM OVERSEAS. We ship overseas orders via UPS, FedEx or Air Mail. Depending on where you live, your order will arrive in 5-12 working days. We will charge you our actual shipping cost, usually about
40% of your order's total. If paying by check please add 40% of your order's merchandise total for shipping. If the shipping cost is more or less than
40%, we will refund or invoice you for the difference. If you are paying by credit card, we will automatically charge you
the actual shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office for any duty or tax information.
8. EXPRESS DELIVERY IN THE US. Need your order overnight or 2nd Day? We offer special shipping options just for you. For
2nd Day delivery, just add $15 to the regular shipping charges. For Next Day
Delivery, just add $30 to the regular shipping charges. (Continental US
addresses only. Orders must be received by 3 p.m. Central Time to ship the same
day. A separate FedEx charge may apply for orders containing more than one

10. ABOUT OUR DVDs and VIDEO TAPES. Different parts of the world use different video formats. We will ship your video tape in the format appropriate for the standard format used in your country. (Please notice that some videos/DVDs are
only available in the North American format.) Feel free to ask about a specific
video or DVD's format before you order.
