Background: Robert Milkie has been judging horses and exhibitors since 1970. He is an accredited judge with the American Quarter Horse Association, American Paint Horse Association, Appaloosa Horse Club, National Snaffle Bit Association and the National Reining Horse Association. He has judged the horse industry's most prestigious shows including the AQHA and AQHYA World Shows, the All-American Quarter Horse Congress, The Appaloosa Nationals and World Championship Shows, the Paint Nationals and World Championship Shows and the National Reining Horse Association Futurity. On the International level he has officiated in Italy, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, Sweden, New Zealand, Austria, Canada, Mexico, and France.

Robert Milkie resides in Appleton, Wisconsin with his wife, Susan.
